These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of trustpost.org (the “Site”), operated by Trust Post. Please read them carefully.

The Service

The Site provides articles, explainers, guides and comparison content across technology, business and related subjects. Access is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. Permitted Use of Our Content

Share a hyperlink to any page on the Site
Quote a short extract for the purposes of commentary, criticism, review or news reporting, provided you attribute the extract to Trust Post and include a link to the original article

Reproduce, republish or distribute any article in whole, or any substantial part of one, in any medium
Present our content as your own, or remove, obscure or alter any attribution or copyright notice
Sell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the Site
Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy the Site, including for the purpose of training machine learning models or populating another publication, except for search engine crawlers acting in accordance with our robots.txt file
Frame, mirror or otherwise present the Site in a manner that misrepresents its source
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system
Introduce malware, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected network
Place automated load on the Site that impairs its availability for other users
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

The Site contains links to third-party websites and displays advertising served automatically by Google. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party website, product, service or advertisement. The inclusion of a link or an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement. Any dealings between you and a third party, including any advertiser, are solely between you and that third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trust Post and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or in violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification and severability, will continue in effect.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
