Is Elon Musk secretly taking over TikTok and Instagram?

Something feels off. And people are starting to notice.

Out of nowhere, a verified @elonmusk account popped up on TikTok. Not empty. Not inactive. It already has a video. Musk speaking, mixed with clips from SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, and The Boring Company. The caption says “Ad Astra.” The views shot up fast.

At the same time, a verified Instagram account with the exact same username showed up. No posts. Private profile. Almost like it’s waiting for something.

Here’s where it gets interesting. Musk owns X and has taken shots at other platforms before, especially TikTok. Now suddenly, accounts under his name appear on those same apps. That’s not a small shift. That’s a full pivot if it’s real.

People are connecting this to bigger moves in the background. There’s ongoing talk about SpaceX possibly heading for an IPO. More attention across platforms could mean more hype building quietly.

But nothing is confirmed yet. No official word. No announcement. And a verification badge alone doesn’t prove it’s actually him.

So now everyone’s asking the same thing. Is Musk expanding his reach beyond X, or is this just a very smart fake?

Either way, this doesn’t look random.
